Holiday 2012 Product Release Information

Hello everybody! Yes I am super excited and yelling at you through my computer screen. Don't worry  though it is 100% happy excited LOUDNESS!!!

I have, as of last night, finished the holiday bath products! I have made a video for your viewing pleasure to see most -not all- of the holiday bath-a-palooza items. As soon as I photograph the last two products, a happy little holiday newsletter will be sent out to everyone with a coupon code for though hard to buy for people (and don't forget to pick yourself up a gift or two because you are wonderful).

First let's start with the gingerbread set:

You Can't Catch Me, I'm The Gingerbread Man!

"Once upon a time a little old woman and a little old man lived in a cottage. One Day the little old woman made a gingerbread man. She gave him currants for eyes and cherries for b
uttons."

This bath melt, shaped like the gingerbread man himself, will help you feel relaxed after a long day of running around this holiday season.

Ginger, sugar, cinnamon, almonds, and black currant eyes.

Gingerbread Lane

Here's the only bubble bar of the season. Don't be sad though, after using this one, you wouldn't want different one anyway!

Gingerbread houses stand in a row held together by sweet icing. Gum drops sit atop the roof and starlight mints line the sidewalks while cotton candy smoke billows out of a cinnamon stick chimney.

This white bubble bar full of sprinkles and popping candy embodies the scent

of a gingerbread house. The big pieces of gingerbread, gum drops, starlight mints, and the icing that holds it all together.

Citrus, ginger, nutmeg, honey, clove, vanilla bean, cocoa, peppermint, cotton candy, lemon drops, caramel, raspberry jam, and musk to hold it all together.

Gingerbregg Nog

Two of the most wonderful smells of the winter finally combined for the perfect relaxing bath time treat: Gingerbread and Eggnog. Thank goodness I can get my fix by simply taking a bath instead of being tempted by every cookie in sight!

The scent of fresh gingerbread, washed down with sweet vanilla, warm nutmeg and clove.

And here a two additional bath bombs

Peppermint Bark

The simple wonderful smell of white chocolate and peppermint, topped with real crushed starlight mints!

Dreams Of Sugar Plums

Did you know that a sugar plum is not a plum rolled around in some sugar? I thought this for most of my life, am I the only one? A sugar plum is actually a type of candy made of dried fruits mixed with almonds, honey and spices that are then rolled in sugar or coconut. So not what I imagined as a child as a sugar plum. But as an adult now, I am very interested in these candies. I have never had one, but they sure do sound tasty!

This bath bomb is based off what I imagine a sugar plum is really like. This bath bomb smells like plums, sugar, spices, raisins and figs mixed with honey. Topped with some shredded coconut, this bath bomb has a little surprise inside: Star anise, caraway and fennel sit inside this sweet little ball waiting to be released to add a grown up and herbal twist to this sweet bath.

Review ~A Bit Prissy

Amber from A Bit Prissy just shared this wonderful review of Moon Rabbit Cosmetics. I am so glad to see that she is loving everything. Her order inspired me to wear Cupid on the brow bone, Story Book Love on the lid, and TV Dinner in the crease and outer v. That combination makes for a super awesome, daily, sexy, natural-ish look. Yes it is all of the above.

Newest Addition - Story Book Love

Am I the only person who gets excited when a company releases a new color? I sure hope not! New things always excite me, even the small things. That's why I want to share with you every new thing, even the small ones. Today I want to share with you all my absolute favorite shadow I have made yet:

Story Book Love

Story Book Love is a soft coral with golden sparkle and sheen. I would say the golden sheen could be considered a soft duo-chrome. You better believe I have been wearing this color almost everyday!

Are you enjoying the new way swatches are being photographed? I have been slowly switching everything over to this format as I think it showcases the shadows much better. What do you think?

What do you think of this color? Do you love it or find it meh? I am working on a few shadows with stronger duo-chrome for you all, so keep your eyes peeled!

November's Shooting Star is...

TV Dinner!

TV Dinner is a chocolate brown chock full of sparkles. The most pronounced color in the shimmers is a cool blue. Very gorgeous!

I recently started a new promotion over here at Moon Rabbit Cosmetics. It is called Shooting Star. Basically, every month I will pick a different product to be featured, and you will receive this with your order. No adding it to your cart, no extra charge. Just a little gift to say, "Hey, thanks for your support!" These deluxe samples come packaged in a 3g jar.

Special Force Collection Swatches

Hey everyone! I just wanted to share with you Moon Rabbit Cosmetics' Fall line as it is finally available for purchase. As an added bonus, all of the special force collection shadows are buy 2 get 1 free (works for sample baggies AND full size jars).

Based off some of my favorite characters from Dragon Ball Z, Ginyƫ Tokusentai. They are one of the most ridiculous and probably sparkliest characters in the whole series. Boiled down, they are a mix of Power Rangers and Sailor Moon. How could you not love that?! I don't know if you enjoy watching anime, but you will definitely love the shadows they inspired!

Commander - deep purple bursting with violet and silver shimmers

Red Magma - white with red shift, and full of gold shimmers

Blue Hurricane - bright blue with a subtle gold shift

Ultra Eraser Gun - peachy orange with a gold shift

Time Freeze - lime green with blue shimmers

What do you think of this collection? I had a blast working on it. The colors, I think, are quite beautiful and look wonderful over a variety of different primers and bases. You can wear them as a sheer everyday eye look just over a primer like UDPP, or you can really amp up the color using a foiling medium or colored bases. The versitility really makes it like you have 20 different shadows instead of just five! I exaggerate a little, but you know what I mean.

Would you wear any of these colors? Do you think these colors make a good fall collection? How would you put these colors together to create a look?
